AgentAlgo provides a data-driven real estate intelligence platform that analyzes publicly available transaction records to rank and surface real estate agents based on their verified performance metrics. These include, but are not limited to, days on market, sale-to-list ratios, and transaction volume.
AgentAlgo is an independent analytics service. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage, and we do not represent buyers, sellers, or agents in any transaction capacity. Agent rankings on this platform are generated entirely by algorithm and reflect historical data — they do not constitute endorsements, referrals, or recommendations.
Market statistics, agent rankings, and performance data displayed on AgentAlgo are derived from third-party data sources and may not reflect the most current market conditions. We strive for accuracy but make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any information on the Platform.
You acknowledge that real estate markets are dynamic and that past performance data is not a guarantee of future results. All information should be independently verified before making any financial or real estate decisions.
You agree to use AgentAlgo only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You agree not to:
All agent rankings and performance data on AgentAlgo are based solely on objective, transaction-based metrics derived from public records. Rankings are applied uniformly and without regard to any protected class status.
AgentAlgo is committed to full compliance with the Fair Housing Act and all applicable federal, state, and local fair housing laws. The Platform does not facilitate, encourage, or enable steering, discrimination, or any other prohibited practice in connection with the purchase, sale, or rental of housing.
All content, algorithms, design elements, and data compilations on AgentAlgo are the exclusive property of AgentAlgo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any portion of the Platform without our express written permission.
Individual transaction records referenced by the Platform are sourced from public data and are not claimed as proprietary.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
AgentAlgo does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform entirely at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgentAlgo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to reliance on agent rankings, market data, or any information displayed herein.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services. These are provided for convenience only. AgentAlgo does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site or service. Your interactions with third-party services are governed solely by their respective terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
